Since I received (mostly) positive feedback with my first vlog article, 'Grapes', I decided to try it again.
Swimming with the Shark!
I got a piece of mail this past week, and decided to save it for the weekend. Once Saturday rolled around...Corinna and I just returned from meeting Taylor Hall, and decided to record the opening of the envelope.
Check it out.
Well there you have it.
Greg 'The Shark' Norman.
One of the most admired and successful golfers to ever play.
Let me just give you a small insight into his great career;
He spent 331 weeks between the 80's and 90's as the number 1 golfer in the world.
He won two major championships, winning the British Open twice. He also finished 2nd eight times in major tournament play.
He has won tournaments all over the world;.
20 PGA tournaments, including the 1984 Canadian Open defeating the 2nd placed Jack Nicklaus by 2 strokes.
14 European PGA tournaments, highlighted with back to back wins at the Dunlop Masters.
31 PGA tour of Australia, including winning the Gold Jacket of the Australian Masters a record 6 times. Tiger Woods is the most recent winner of the Gold Jacket.
25 other wins, including the 2001 Skins game when he won one million dollars...the first and only time one person has won all 18 holes.
And finally, he was a member of the 1998 International winning team that captured the Presidents Cup.
He was inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame in 2001.
His career earnings, according PGAtour.com, is over 14 million dollars.
Simply incredible.

PS- As you probably noticed, I made mention of Taylor Hall. Expect the next 'CMP' very soon.
Not much for golfers, but that is one sweet 'graph. Congrats Chris!
ReplyDeletedont want to burst your bubble or perhaps you know already, but that may be an autopen graph
ReplyDeleteUndoubtedly that autograph I know for a fact is one hundred percent authentic. I have recieved one from Norman as well and after comparing the two there are slight differences, enough to rule out the use of an autopen. Also, the personalization is 100 authetic too.
